1. What kitchen products does RefineCookware offer? We specialize in premium kitchen essentials, including cookware (pots, pans, skillets, stockpots), bakeware, cutlery (knives, knife sets), cutting boards, utensils & gadgets, storage containers, small appliances, and organization tools — all designed for performance, durability, and style.

2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are the shipping options and costs? We offer fast and reliable shipping with these options (delivery times are business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays):

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
  • Free Shipping / FREESHIPPING: 7–14 business days — $0 (most orders qualify for free shipping!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $0 (select this for free delivery on qualifying orders)
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10 (for orders below any free shipping threshold, if applicable)

4. How long will shipping take?

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Free / Standard: 7–14 business days Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, sales), delivery may take slightly longer.

5. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Most orders qualify for Free Shipping (7–14 business days). Any minimum order requirement (if applicable) will be displayed clearly in your cart at checkout.

6. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is usually the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Email support@refinecookware.com to start a return.

7. Are your cookware items dishwasher-safe / oven-safe? Many of our pots, pans, bakeware, and utensils are dishwasher-safe and oven-safe (up to specific temperatures — e.g., 500°F/260°C for many items). Always check the product description or care label for exact guidelines to ensure longevity.
